These general terms apply to all photographic services provided by Maison Timeless / Studio Timeless.
Quote and deposit
Every service is subject to a personalised quote valid for three months. Booking becomes firm upon receipt of a 30% deposit and signed quote.
Delivery
Files are delivered within four weeks via a private online gallery. Fine art albums are delivered within six to eight weeks after layout approval.
Image rights
You retain the right to private use of all photographs. Maison Timeless retains moral rights and the right to use the images for professional portfolio purposes.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit paid is definitively retained by the studio and is non-refundable. The full amount stated in the quote remains due, except in the case of proven error or failure on our part.
Force majeure
In case of major impediment on our side (illness, serious accident), we commit to proposing a partner photographer of equivalent quality or, failing that, to fully refund the sums paid.
Disputes
French law applies. Competent court: Limoges, France.
